16:30 Reception begins. Visit the exhibits inside the museum.
Watch videos the geiko (geisha) of Kanazawa.

17:00 Geiko dances and music performances!
17:30 Ozashiki geiko party games and group photo time
18:00 End of event

Make your way to the Kanazawa Asanogawa Enyukai Hall, just a short walk from the Asanogawa Ohashi Bridge.

Learn about the geiko (geisha) of Kanazawa from the panel displays.

The museum features a renovated kura storehouse, which is home to a diorama of the Higashi Chaya District. It looks just like the real thing!

Enjoy the magical feel of a flute performance in a dimly lit room.

Experience the beauty of traditional geiko dancing performed to shamisen music.
This event will feature two geishas.

Ozashiki parties also involve games like Tora-tora. Players stand on opposite sides of a wall and pose in time with music. They can choose from three poses, much like rock-paper-scissors.

Konpira Funefune is another popular ozashiki game. Players need to keep up with the music as it gradually gets faster and faster.

The party ends with photos together with the geiko. Say cheese!
