The chaya geiko entertainment venues of Kanazawa generally have a strict policy requiring any new customer to be vouched for by an existing customer, which means that ordinary members of the public never get the opportunity to enjoy an ozashiki party. At the same time, we often hear from visitors to the Chaya districts of Kanazawa, asking where they could see geiko performances and experience geiko hospitality.
The Kanazawa Asanogawa Enyukai Hall is a museum of Kanazawa’s Chaya district culture and geiko (geisha) entertainment, and our second floor is equipped with an authentic geiko stage and an ozashiki party space large enough to fit twenty people. To help meet these visitor requests for geiko encounters, we now use this floor to provide an opportunity for visitors to experience an ozashiki party and the polished skills of these performers for themselves.
We hope you will enjoy seeing Kanazawa geiko dance performances from up close, playing ozashiki party games, and having drinks with geiko entertainers.

Cancellation policy

If you cancel on the day of the event, you will be charged 100% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made 1 day prior to the event date will be charged 40% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made 7 days prior to the event date will be charged 30% cancellation fee.
The period when there is no cancellation fee is until 8 days before the reservation date.
